Located next to the Beach Club at center island, these villas offer the perfect location for your coastal vacation. Â

Located south of the Olympic pool at the Beach Club, these villas have great ocean views and private beach access.
Beach Club Villas
Beach Club Villas are located across the street from the Beach Club complex. Â
These villas are located on the tidal creek overlooking the marsh. The sunsets are amazing and there is a private dock for fishing or crabbing.

Tennis Villas
As the name suggests, Tennis Villas are located next to the Racquet Club. If you love tennis and pickleball, this is a great place to spend your island getaway. Â
The tidal creek in the back is home to lots of wildlife and the sunsets are amazing over the marsh.
Village of Newhaven
Situated right on the Atlantic's edge, the renovated complex offers covered parking, private entrances, balconies, and ocean views from every residence.
North Hampton/Ocean Cottages
These island villas offer stunning oceanfront views and are located on the quiet north end of Fripp.
