The FrippIslandStay team is working feverishly to update the software to support all the fee changes related to club cards. In the mean time, when you use our system to send the Club Card form, please make one of the following changes in the “Comments to Club Office” section of the form.
FOR A GUEST WHO WAS ON YOUR EXEMPT RENTER LIST
1. For guests that were included on your exempt renters list submitted previously, please add “Exempt Guest” in the comments (see screenshot).
FOR NON-EXEMPT GUESTS
2. For non-exempt guests to whom you charged the 12.8% under purchased items, please add the following in comments, “Rent amount = $1,000 12.8% resort fee = $128” substituting your actual rental amount and the corresponding 12.8% for the guest (see screenshot).
