After the For the Birds Cafe officially opens in the morning, I take a walk on the beach with the pups. The sunrise was spectacular this morning coming up over the beach and reflecting in the wet shore. The Black-bellied Plover and Piping Plover were poking in the sand, two deer came down to dip their toes in the water, a flock of Black Scoters rode the waves and fresh turtle tracks marked the sand. So cool. 🪶🐦✨🐢
