You cannot use your owner email to book stays at someone else’s property. You must have another email address set up as a guest. I know many of you also use your owner email to just quote a pricing to a guest; but, going forward, you will need a 2nd email for this as well.
We are working on more detailed quotes for guests prior to their actual inquiries that hopefully will resolve the pricing issue. On VRBO, the guests do get a quote but it does not include all the add-ons for club cards, pet fees, etc. We will likely do something similar by the fall.
