Each cleaner is required to complete these checklists whenever they are performing a deep clean service.
Kitchen
- Remove everything from cabinets, pantry and drawers, damp clean interiors, replace items in an organized manner
- Damp wipe the tops, exteriors and handles of cabinets and drawers (magic eraser if necessary)
- Clean interior and exterior of all appliances (dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee pot, beverage refrigerators) Stainless steel cleaner as needed for no smudges.
- Clean interior and exterior of stove, cooktop, oven, including broiler pan and removing/cleaning drawer, stainless steel cleaner as needed
- Clean filter and hood vents above stove/cooktop
- Clean top, sides and underneath refrigerator (without moving) and bottom vents(stainless steel cleaner as needed)
- Clean backsplashes and counters thoroughly
- Sweep and mop floors concentrating on corners and trim
- Clean sink, faucet and water handles
- Clean interior and exterior of trash cans
Living Areas
- Sweep or damp clean all furniture and decorative pillows
- Move and clean under and around all furniture
- Move area rugs and clean floor under rugs
- Damp clean all lamps, ceiling fans and light fixtures (removing and cleaning globes and dusting bulbs)
- Remove all items, damp wipe interior and exterior of furniture/cabinets/shelves (polish exterior of wooden ones)
- Damp clean or dust all surfaces
- Clean walls as needed, use magic eraser for marks
- Clean any sliding doors (interior and exterior) and door tracks
- Sweep and mop all floors
- Clean all trim/moldings
- Clean all interior windows and sills
- Clean any floor or ceiling vents
- Clean all blinds/shutters, damp clean curtains
Utility Rooms
- Clean all reachable surfaces on and around/behind washer and dryer
- Sweep and mop all floors concentrating on corners and trim and inside closets
- Wash/clean dryer vent
- Remove everything from cabinets, closets, shelves and drawers and clean exterior and interiors, damp clean handles, replace items in an organized manner
Bathrooms
- Clean and polish all fixtures and fittings
- Remove everything from cabinets and drawers, damp clean inside, replace items in an organized manner
- Damp wipe the tops, exteriors and handles of cabinets and drawers (magic eraser if necessary)
- Hand scrub and sanitize bathtubs and showers with bleach, removing all mold and mildew from caulk and grout
- Clean all shower doors, removing water marks/mildew and scrub door tracks
- Polish all tub surrounds and remove water marks
- Clean bathtub exterior
- Clean toilet interior and exterior including base and where it meets the floor
- Replace shower liner as needed
- Wash shower curtain
- Clean all mirrors, light fixtures and bulbs
- Sweep and mop floors concentrating on trim and corners
- Clean all interior windows/blinds and sills
- Damp clean any fan/ceiling vents
- Clean interior and exterior of trash cans
Bedrooms
- Flip or rotate and vacuum mattresses and damp wipe bed frame
- Polish wooden head and foot boards, damp wipe any other kinds
- Remove all items, damp wipe interior and exterior of dressers/cabinets/shelves (polish exterior of wooden ones), replace items neatly
- Remove all items, wipe shelves, sweep and mop out closets, replace items neatly
- Move all furniture, sweep and mop under and walls behind, including the bed(s)

- Remake beds, place linens and amenities as with a standard clean, making home guest ready
