Welcome to Fripp Island

We had a wonderful stay and Tracy and Dave were very attentive and kind hosts! The property is as pictured and described and it had everything we needed for our stay. This property is beautiful inside and out and we would definitely stay here again :)

We enjoyed this property very much. It was quiet and has great marsh views. The property is very well maintained and spotless. Every detail was well appointed. The owner was easy to work with and answered and questions right away. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed staying at this house once again! They renovated the bathrooms and they are super nice! We love the view of both the marsh and the ocean and it's close proximity to the Cabana Club. The house is always super clean and decorated beachy! This is our go-to rental on Fripp!

Great location. Well stocked with all the necessities. Clean. Nice view. Perfect If you’re playing the Ocean Point golf course. Golf cart was nice. Would consider staying here again.

We had a great time at Fripp Island. The condo we stayed in was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a great experience. Very conveniently located to everything we needed. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

The stay on Fripp was awesome. Great activities. Great accommodations. The only thing I would change is the rock hard mattresses, just a step above sleeping on the floor.

This house was BEAUTIFUL! We have been coming to this island for over 20 years and this house has been a top house for sure! There were beach chairs available, so many beach towels, having a 6 person golf cart was amazing, the swing bed on the back porch WAS THE BEST and having the fire place on the back deck for those chilly nights. We are already looking for next year to come back again! Keith was also an amazing host and helped with any issues we had and the communication was great.

This was our first time staying at this house and oh my!! Everything was wonderful especially the kitchen. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook with. And the men had plenty of garage room for their fishing equipment. And the 6 seater golf cart had room for everyone. Owner was wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back!!

Second time at 259 Deer Run. Wonderful experience. VERY limited low quality toilet paper tho!! It’s a long way to Walmart. Everything else was great! We’ll be back again…and I NEVER like to repeat anything!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was the best. The house was well appointed and clean. Also loved the Ocean Point location.

The house is fabulous and has an amazing view. Having a bathroom for every bedroom plus a half bath is wonderful. The special bar or snack area with an icemaker was a definite plus. There is plenty of comfortable seating including a spacious screened porch. Little things like labeled light switches, 3 coffee pots with 2 that covert to single serve, 2.5 dishwashers, a well equipped kitchen and a gracious host were certainly appreciated. We cannot wait to go back.

Loved the property. Very clean and well stocked. Provided beach towels and beach chairs which were an added bonus. Kitchen had everything you could need. Backyard had fence which was great for my dogs. I would definitely stay here again and thank owners for letting us stay in their lovely home.

We love Fripp Island to start with and normally stay a couple of times a year. However, this year it was really special staying at this location! The house was lovely and well appointed. We really enjoyed the back deck and screened porch to watch all the birds, deer and alligators (yes alligators in the lake!) There were a couple of issues that had to be addressed by property management, but they were handled quickly and the rest of our stay was wonderful. We will definitely stay here in the future!

It was our first time staying at Fripp. The condo was great. It had all of the amenities we needed, close to the beach, pool steps away, deer family right outside our door. We loved the large beach with no crowds. The best pet friendly beach around; our lab loved the ocean. The golf course was challenging and the men enjoyed playing. A golf cart is a must have. The only downside are the amenity cards that are needed to utilize the establishments on the island(golf cart rental, restaurants, golf course....). We had to eat at the closest restaurant off the island (Johnson Creek Tavern). Overall, we will be back next year.

The house is great. Beds are comfortable. The sectional and furniture living room is comfortable and can seat a lot of people. They are well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans and dishes. This is our second year at this home and we just love it. The location on the marsh is perfect and we enjoy the back patio/deck.

We enjoyed 119 Ocean Point tremendously! We have been coming out and staying at Fripp for many years from Beaufort, and it was one of the nicest stays we've ever had!

This was one of the most serene and peaceful places I have ever stayed. My mom and I really enjoyed our stay on Fripp. The only advice we have is to get some toppers for the beds to provide better comfort for all guest. Other than that you have a beautiful place!

Spacious, clean, convenient, and comfortable accommodations for my family of four adults. You cannot go wrong at Frippin Out!
