Welcome to Fripp Island

This was our first time staying at this house and oh my!! Everything was wonderful especially the kitchen. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook with. And the men had plenty of garage room for their fishing equipment. And the 6 seater golf cart had room for everyone. Owner was wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back!!

Very enjoyable quiet house!!

We enjoyed 119 Ocean Point tremendously! We have been coming out and staying at Fripp for many years from Beaufort, and it was one of the nicest stays we've ever had!

Wonderful location, the beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked! The pool for the building was definitely a perk.

The house is fabulous and has an amazing view. Having a bathroom for every bedroom plus a half bath is wonderful. The special bar or snack area with an icemaker was a definite plus. There is plenty of comfortable seating including a spacious screened porch. Little things like labeled light switches, 3 coffee pots with 2 that covert to single serve, 2.5 dishwashers, a well equipped kitchen and a gracious host were certainly appreciated. We cannot wait to go back.

Our house was amazing! Perfect for our groups. Wr experienced deer daily at the back deck. The screened in porch and large table on the deck was used every evening. The rooms were all a great size and well furnished. Great access to the beaches. We found the amenities cards extremely useful for the polls and restaurants areas. Can’t wait to come back to this house!

Beautiful, comfortable & peaceful! We enjoyed our stay.

This was one of the most serene and peaceful places I have ever stayed. My mom and I really enjoyed our stay on Fripp. The only advice we have is to get some toppers for the beds to provide better comfort for all guest. Other than that you have a beautiful place!

We love Fripp Island to start with and normally stay a couple of times a year. However, this year it was really special staying at this location! The house was lovely and well appointed. We really enjoyed the back deck and screened porch to watch all the birds, deer and alligators (yes alligators in the lake!) There were a couple of issues that had to be addressed by property management, but they were handled quickly and the rest of our stay was wonderful. We will definitely stay here in the future!

The house is great. Beds are comfortable. The sectional and furniture living room is comfortable and can seat a lot of people. They are well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans and dishes. This is our second year at this home and we just love it. The location on the marsh is perfect and we enjoy the back patio/deck.

What an amazing place to vacation!!! As soon as you walk in the door you get that relaxed in a cozy, coastal cottage feeling. The view from the deck is beautiful. Which includes beautiful birds, grazing deer and a couple watchful gators in the pond. The homeowners provides all the need equipment for hitting the beach. And be sure to take the golf cart out to see the beautiful sunsets at Skull Inlet.

We loved the location of the house. Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful to watch over the marsh. The house was clean and fitted our needs perfectly. Kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely look into renting this house again when we visit.

Loved the property. Very clean and well stocked. Provided beach towels and beach chairs which were an added bonus. Kitchen had everything you could need. Backyard had fence which was great for my dogs. I would definitely stay here again and thank owners for letting us stay in their lovely home.

Spent 18 days at this beautiful home with a panoramic view of the golf course; ocean. The house is tastefully decorated, kitchen is supplied with everything you need; more. We have vacationed at Fripp for the last 20 years; this house is by far the best. Every morning the sunrise is breathtaking; can be viewed from every room on the back of the house. If you are seeking an unforgettable home on Fripp this is it. We enjoyed the golf cart rides, the wildlife and every evening when the golfers ended their day the deer would graze on the course. I can’t even imagine any other house on Fripp having a view to compare with this one. Hope to return next year.

This was the second time staying at the property and it didn't disappoint. It's the perfect size for our family of 4, the included golf cart is great, and it's in a quieter section of Fripp.

Fun week at Fripp. House worked out great!

Overall a great home for our crew. Each teen had their own space and our younger son really enjoyed the dock. Beach access was easy peasy. Kitchen well stocked. Cozy home. Had what we needed. we really enjoyed our time here.
