We enjoyed 119 Ocean Point tremendously! We have been coming out and staying at Fripp for many years from Beaufort, and it was one of the nicest stays we've ever had!

Great Accommodations - Great Location! We were very pleased with the unit at 432 Tarpon Blvd. The location and beach front access was tops. The kitchen was VERY WELL supplied and even had stockpots - yes, that's plural - that we used to make a Low Country Boil! Each room has its own bathroom and the living and dining area was well planned out for easy access from each room, had plenty of seating options (including a highchair) and is tastefully decorated. We did contact the manager for one issue and they were very easy to work with and remedied our situation quickly. We would definitely recommend this for a beach vacation.

Wonderful stay - even though the weather didn't cooperate the whole time the pool gave our families something to do and we loved the spacious home and bedrooms. Even with two families and 7 kids we didn't feel cramped. We will be back.

We stayed here for 3 nights in mid April 2025. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was comfortable, clean and very homey. Perfect size for 2 people. The best part is that it was so close to the ocean. It was wonderful to hear the sound of the waves from the living room and master bedroom and the deck was the perfect place to watch the dolphins and pelicans.

Very nice house. This house was very clean. Kitchen has everything you will need and more. Having the lift came in very helpful as my wife is recovering from hip replacement. We enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay again.

Five stars! My family and I just returned from our annual beach trip to Fripp Island. This is the second time we have rented 17 Veranda Beach Road, and after seeing what the property owner did with the extensive renovations, we can't wait to return. It is elegantly appointed yet comfortable, and the kitchen has everything to prepare the perfect meal. It boasts gorgeous ocean views and is steps away from the Cabana Club pool. Molly and Rusty are excellent property managers; the house was in impeccable condition for our arrival.

We loved staying at 276 Tarpon! It was a beautiful home and plenty of room for all of us and the dogs. Also, the option to rent extra golf carts from the owner was a bonus!

We had a fabulous time again at 703 Silverside on Fripp. We've been coming for 3 springs now with our 3 grown children and their kids. It's been perfect for our group. It's just a minute's walk thru the dunes to the gorgeous beach!!! The screened in porch is delightful!!!

Beautiful home with loads of space. It was just 4 of us staying during a spring break trip and I feel like we didn't even get to use most of the rooms. The house has a great view of golf course and deer in the morning. The golf cart makes zipping around the island and getting to the beach so easy.

This property is quickly becoming one of our families favorite vacations. One of the big bonuses is that the owners have extensively stocked the kitchen with virtually everything you might need to enjoy your stay without having to bring anything but your essentials. We hope to continue visiting regularly in the future.

We loved our stay at 1 Ibis on beautiful Fripp Island. The house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated to create a beach time experience. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook meals from scratch if you are so inclined. The televisions were great, particularly the huge one in the living room. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. The lift was a great addition for luggage and groceries. We also used the golf cart, bicycles and sand toys that were available with this property.This location seemed quieter and less congested than others which we also loved.

Had the opportunity to spend a week on Fripp Island with the guys for our annual golf trip. What a wonderful few days it was. The house is fantastic!!! Right on the beach with beautiful early morning sun rises. Accommodations are first class all the way. Looking forward to doing it again next year.

Our family has been coming to Fripp for over 10 years, and this is the best house we have stayed in. The house is absolutely perfect. It has a great location with panoramic views of the beach and ocean from both decks. The rooms are all spacious, with elegant and comfortable furnishings. The house was immaculately clean, and very well maintained. The owners have thought of every detail and luxury, and communication was excellent from start to finish. We would highly recommend this house and we're looking forward to returning!

Of all the properties we’ve stayed in on Fripp, this is our favorite. Amazing ocean views from every room. Spacious, open design. Coffee bar is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owner pays attention to detail and goes above and beyond in ensuring the property has everything you need. This was a great rental for our group to attend our Marine Corps reunion at MCAS Beaufort. It is a perfect location to get away from the noise and traffic for friends of over 40 years to relax and take in the peace and quiet in a beautiful beach setting. There was 22 people in our group... everyone had a bed, the patio is a great place for conversation and a early morning cup of coffee to watch the sunrise. The property management personnel were prompt and extremely helpful. The house is exactly as advertised.

We stayed at Birdies Bungalow for the month of February 2024. Everything was great. For us the view of the golf course and pond were terrific. The use of the golf cart (although it is pretty old) was great to have. The home itself was clean and cheerful...

This was a great house! The view was amazing!!! being able to sit on your porch and watch dolphins in the inlet is something you can't beat. The house was well stocked with everything you would need. The extra items like golf carts and bikes were well maintained and were so great to have. We hope to go back soon!

Your home is so nice and in a great spot! What a nice area the back deck is to hang out and watch gators and golfers. The fire pit is a nice touch too. We’d love to stay again!

Always love staying in the Tennis Villas. This condo is very comfortable, centrally located, and has an easy check in/check out process. Loved having access to a golf cart. Would definitely book again!

Happy Fripp Year! Frippinfun was a great getaway retreat for New Years after a busy holiday season. It was truly so so peaceful and quiet! The marsh view out back is wonderful, and on the chilliest of days, we were still able to love on that view (and wildlife) from inside because of the open floor plan. We were very blessed to have found such a special place.

What a great place to stay on Fripp! Our family spent time here over Christmas and could not have been happier. This was our first “winter” trip to Fripp and the house, in a quieter part of the island, allowed us to relax and reconnect with one another. We have rented many houses on the island over the years and this was one of the cleanest homes and had everything you need. Before arriving, we asked the owner if they a crock pot and what kind of coffee maker was available and they had new ones delivered. The golf cart was top notch with a very long lasting battery which is always a plus on Fripp. We would definitely rent here again. Thanks for sharing your home. Merry Frippmas!

We've been to Fripp many times but we haven't stayed at this part of the island before. We were pleasantly surprised with this house and location. We had a good view of the ocean (over the Cabana Club pool), but the house was sheltered from the wind off the ocean. Good location for a winter getaway. :) The house was beautiful, well equipped, and worked well for us. The only issue we had was finding the golf cart key when we first arrived. The property manager was fantastic and even came to the house to help us find it. Wonderful customer service - wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again.

This property is amazing! It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was set up with anything that you possibly could want for cooking family meals. The beds are very comfortable with wonderful linens and spreads. The rear screened porch with gas fireplace is lovely! We honestly can’t say enough about this house that has obviously been set up with great thought for families on vacation. It is five stars all the way!

We've visited Fripp at least once a year since 2015, always renting through the resort. This was the first time renting from an outside party and it our experience was top notch. The property itself was extremely clean, decorated for the season (which my kids enjoyed), and the golf cart that came with the property was very nice. We did have an issue with the hot water, but it was repaired in under 2 hours which was a pleasant surprise considering it was a New Years Eve. We will definitely return to that property and use FrippIslandStay for future trips to the Island.

We had a wonderful time during our latest stay on Fripp Island. Our rental home was great! Clean, comfortable, everything you need and then some! We loved fishing off the dock and riding the golf cart around the island. We enjoyed the company of several deer and beautiful birds daily. There are great decks on both the front and back to enjoy. We also enjoyed eating on the screened in porch. Our host were easy to contact and gave us the best notebook covering everything we needed to know. We all were not ready to leave and look forward to coming back!!

We loved our stay at 294 Tarpon. The house was amazing inside and out - by far the most well equipped beach house we’ve ever stayed in - spotless and super comfortable. In terms of location, it couldn’t have been any more convenient - beach access right around the corner and the bike path directly across the street. Can’t wait to visit again!

Rental was PERFECT! Clean, bright light, comfortable with THREE bathrooms. Well-stocked kitchen (great for thanksgiving). So much fun stuff to do -- golf cart, beach, indoor gym, heated pool. And Beaufort a half hour away for a fun outing. Great time, thank you so much!

This was my first time booking through Fripp Island Stay and the entire process was great. David Sykes promptly answered all of my questions as I navigated the online booking site. And the property manager, Marnie, reached out to me on the day we arrived and was helpful and answered a couple of questions very quickly. I would not hesitate AT ALL to book via FIS for my future visits to Fripp. Excellent customer service!! ?? Now for the house…..it was just as pictured inside,. very clean, kitchen was well stocked, bed linens were nice, towels were thick, beds comfortable, plenty of hot water, and golf cart held its battery charge with no issues! The view off the back deck was great and we used the retractable awning with no problems. It was October, so the island wasn’t crowded, but this location would be quieter, I imagine, during the busy summer. We will definitely consider this house again!

Beautiful home and cozy. Check in was easy and owner was very helpful. The house was very clean. We loved having plenty of seating inside and the outside balconies. The small touches were also really nice. I would definitely stay here again. Having the golf car was really nice. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. We really enjoyed the island and can't wait to come back.

Perfect place to see the ocean in the fall without the crowds. The condo is located at the confluence of a creek emptying in the Atlantic with jettys buffering some of the incoming tide. I fished from the stairs and caught 17 fish in two days (mostly whiting, a couple of specs and a 3 foot white tip shark). We enjoyed the tranquility of the location and the beauty of Fripp Island. Will definitely go back.

This house is absolutely perfect! The moment my family and I approached the house I knew it was special. Not only is it gorgeous, but it's the cleanest vacation rental we have stayed in. Every inch of the house was spotless and the owners Jen and Kelly were incredible from start to finish. The house is two minutes from the beach which was very important to us as well. It's even close to the marina which was so much fun for the kiddos, and the golf courses are a short golf cart ride away. We will definitely be back soon because one visit to this house just isn't enough.

We loved our stay at 899 Marsh Dunes! The home was roomy, decorated well & CLEAN! The neighborhood was cozy & friendly making the short golf cart ride to the beach an enjoyment. We took advantage of the close proximity to the marsh board walk to drop our crab boxes & had good success. My husband is a fisherman & he loved the secured garage where he was able to leave his rods and equipment in, instead of having to store them away in the truck at the end of each day. The owners were kind & very quick in getting back to us & always asking if there was anything we needed. We were very pleased with our 4 night 5 day stay & will be back!

This house was everything we needed for our Fall Break vacation. Wonderful location under the shaded trees - away from the main road of the island. I took stunning wildlife pics in my pajamas in the morning while letting the dog out. Gorgeous sunrise from the screened porch (no bugs!), the boys did all their successful fishing from the boardwalk right behind the house, and the dark night skies had us enjoying the marsh trail at all hours! Even though the trail passed close by the house, the abundant trees and palms kept the house feeling private.

We were very happy with the accommodations! The kitchen was fully stocked, which is very important to us. Loved that you could walk out the back door to the private pool. Nancy was amazing to deal with! Very responsive! Very clean and beautifully decorated!

  This was a great house for a family beach vacation. It was very comfortable. Enough space to sleep the whole family. It has the perfect porches (one screened in) to enjoy visiting and looking at a private nature back yard and views of the ocean. It was conveniently located, and the included golf cart made it fun and easy to get to every part of the island.

I have been visiting Fripp for over 30 years and have stayed in many places but this was clean, well stocked, conveniently located, an awesome floor plan and the most comfortable beds ! I can’t wait for my next adventure at Fripp.

Another Great week on Fripp and a great stay at Palmetto Breeze! Home was super clean inside and out. Did not see one bug or creepy crawly on the back deck or enclosed screen porch area the entire week. The front porch and inside of home was completely insect free as well. Home is very comfortable and has a cozy relaxing feel to it. The canal dock is a plus and the ocean being just steps away across Tarpon at access 17 is an even bigger plus!

This is a lovely home! It is well appointed. The owners have literally thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. It is very close to access #11 which is a nice area of the beach. The owners are kind and gracious.
