Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable, and can’t beat being steps from the beach! Loved our stay- thank you.

This was one of the most serene and peaceful places I have ever stayed. My mom and I really enjoyed our stay on Fripp. The only advice we have is to get some toppers for the beds to provide better comfort for all guest. Other than that you have a beautiful place!

We had a wonderful stay at 122 Sandpiper. The location was quiet and not too far from everything with the provided golf cart. The house was well maintained and the beds were comfy. I will warn you the master bed is high but cozy. We enjoyed the sun porch and the living room had plenty of seating. The kitchen has plenty of space and I loved the pantry that gave us tons of storage so that things could be put up. The communication with owner was excellent. I’d certainly recommend!

We enjoyed 119 Ocean Point tremendously! We have been coming out and staying at Fripp for many years from Beaufort, and it was one of the nicest stays we've ever had!

Comfortable and clean home with a great location for an April trip. Our favorite feature was being able to view the marsh from the porch, living room, and primary bedroom. Comfortable bed. Golf cart made getting around the island super easy. I would love to visit again.

This is the second time that our family has stayed in this home, and it is a beautiful home away from home. The two levels of porches were enjoyed by all, and the layout worked great for our family. The location is very peaceful, tucked away from the buzz of Tarpon Blvd. Parking is tight, especially since we needed a second golf cart, but wasn't a problem for us. The property management team is helpful and available, and we would absolutely stay in this home again.

34 Sea Mist Drive had a lovely view and was in a great location for our family. We walked to the Cabana Club and Activity Center, both were big hits for our small grandchildren.The golf cart was a bit of a beast to drive, but we got used to it. Some instructions printed out inside the house would have been helpful regarding how to start it, where the gear shift was and how to fill the tank with gas. i also found the house to be rather frugally stocked; and some sugar, a few keurigs, a bottle of all purpose spray cleaner would have been appreciated. Also some beach chairs and sand castle stuff for children. there are 2 blinds in the master suite which are broken, and therefor need a little attention. all in all, we had a wonderful time, I loved Fripp Island and we would return again.

Our stay was amazing!! The condo was well furnished and stocked for all our needs!! So comfy and wonderful view, Our next stay is already booked !!

759 Marlin Drive is a wonderful residence. Plenty of room. There has been recent renovations that have given the home a fabulous refresh. The kitchen is a cook’s dream: induction cook-top, two dishwashers, ample sized refrigerator, a very large island, granite counters, and tons of pots, dish ware, and utensils. Fresh paint work was also apparent. A huge plus to their being an elevator to help move luggage and containers versus lugging them up stairwells. My crew had a wonderful stay - it’s our fifth time in 759 Marlin. We can highly recommend.

We loved the location of the house. Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful to watch over the marsh. The house was clean and fitted our needs perfectly. Kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely look into renting this house again when we visit.

Great Accommodations - Great Location! We were very pleased with the unit at 432 Tarpon Blvd. The location and beach front access was tops. The kitchen was VERY WELL supplied and even had stockpots - yes, that's plural - that we used to make a Low Country Boil! Each room has its own bathroom and the living and dining area was well planned out for easy access from each room, had plenty of seating options (including a highchair) and is tastefully decorated. We did contact the manager for one issue and they were very easy to work with and remedied our situation quickly. We would definitely recommend this for a beach vacation.

The house is fabulous and has an amazing view. Having a bathroom for every bedroom plus a half bath is wonderful. The special bar or snack area with an icemaker was a definite plus. There is plenty of comfortable seating including a spacious screened porch. Little things like labeled light switches, 3 coffee pots with 2 that covert to single serve, 2.5 dishwashers, a well equipped kitchen and a gracious host were certainly appreciated. We cannot wait to go back.

Wonderful stay - even though the weather didn't cooperate the whole time the pool gave our families something to do and we loved the spacious home and bedrooms. Even with two families and 7 kids we didn't feel cramped. We will be back.

Overall a great home for our crew. Each teen had their own space and our younger son really enjoyed the dock. Beach access was easy peasy. Kitchen well stocked. Cozy home. Had what we needed. we really enjoyed our time here.
