Whether you're a seasonal snowbird, frequent traveler, or your unoccupied property is on the market, a home watch is a necessity, not a luxury. In South Carolina’s coastal climate, an unoccupied home is vulnerable to undetected air conditioning failures, mold, pest infestations, burglars, leaks, and other disasters.

Our home watch program is custom designed to fit your home and lifestyle. After sitting down with you, we customize a plan that matches your unique needs. Need something that we haven't already mentioned? Reach out - we are flexible and can add or remove services as your needs change. INTERIOR INSPECTION
We conduct a complete visual and sensory inspection of your home’s interior including floors, walls, ceilings, fusebox, under sinks looking for any signs of leaks, damage or other maintenance issues.
EXTERIOR INSPECTION
We walk the exterior or your home and grounds to identify any issues or damage, including irrigation systems, siding, windows as well as other items.
APPLIANCE CHECK
We check to make sure refrigerators, freezers and other requested appliances are functioning properly.
CLIMATE SYSTEMS
We ensure that heating, air conditioning and thermostats are working properly and set to the desired modes and temperatures.
STORM PREPARATION AND CHECK
We can conduct pre-storm checks and tasks to minimize any damage and then conduct post-storm checks to identify any damages. We’ll send you photos and a report, so that you can determine the best course of action.
CHECK FOR THE UNEXPECTED
On each visit, we’ll also be on the lookout for anything out of the ordinary, such as unusual odors or noises. Our goal is to make sure your home is properly looked after while you are away and we’ll always go the extra mile.
ACCESS
Having something delivered? We can be available to meet and give access to client-approved vendors, contractors, and delivery companies.
PROJECT ASSISTANCE
We have a network of trusted professionals who we recommend for anything related to fixing or maintaining your home. You want your landscaping to stay beautiful and well-maintained all year round, we can help with that too. Have a pool? Enjoy the fun without having to deal with all the hassle. We can provide regular maintenance from a Certified Pool Operator to keep it clean and ready to use!
AUTO WATCH BASIC
Basic Auto Watch Program Weekly Checks include a general exterior check noting any fluid leaks or damage. Note oil change due date and notify vehicle owners if oil change is required. turn over the engine each visit and let it run idle for a minimum of 10 minutes.

Although Island Life Service will do its best to provide Auto Watch customers with information regarding the condition of their vehicle and its status, Island Life Service will in no way be liable for any damage to the vehicle or associated equipment, which may occur at any time. Vehicle owners will agree to contact their auto insurance company in order to determine if Island Life Service needs to be included as a covered driver on their insurance.

AUTO WATCH PREMIUM
A premium Auto watch weekly checks include a general exterior & interior check of the vehicle, starting of the engine, checking that the heating & air conditioning is functioning properly and Inspect vehicle for any visible fluid leaks. We will note oil change due date and notify vehicle owners if oil change is required. Test drive the vehicle for a minimum of 10 miles to bring the vehicle's engine up to optimal operating temperature and ensure the entire car is exercised.
