New for 2026: Weekly Surf Camps on Fripp Island

Kids ages 10 and older can catch their first waves this summer with Fripp Island’s new weekly surf camp experience. Designed for beginners and aspiring surfers alike, these sessions focus on building confidence in the ocean while teaching essential surfing fundamentals.

Participants will learn about water safety, how to identify and ride waves, proper board techniques, and surfing etiquette. Small group instruction allows for individualized coaching and plenty of time in the water.
