Dr. Megan Winton is a Senior Scientist based in North Chatham, Massachusetts with the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy. The AWSC provides the most comprehensive publicly available information on white sharks in the Northwest Atlantic, and Dr. Winton is leading efforts to study the recovering white shark population in the northwestern Atlantic Ocean. Come learn about her research using cutting-edge technology and the development of novel statistical approaches to study the movements, behavior, and impacts of human activities on white sharks in the waters off Cape Cod and beyond.
