Driver's License Required for Motorized Devices
You must have a valid drivers license to operate a motor device on the Fripp Island Road; this means scooters, e bike and anything that is not human powered.Â
Automobile Squatting is Prohibited
 Vehicles modified so the front or rear sits 4 inches or more higher than the opposite end are not permitted on the island. This modification is illegal under South Carolina law.
