Managing a vacation rental can be stressful and time-consuming due to the frequency of guest turnover. There is so much to be done to make management successful - finding good cleaners, hiring a trusty handyman, marketing, determining the right rental price, communicating with potential guests and managing listing services, just to mention a few. We are residents and exclusively dedicated to the barrier island of Fripp.

The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals, and a propane grill is outside for those who love to barbecue. The Carolina room is lined with windows to sip your coffee and view the wildlife and golfers, or use it as a quiet space for the children to play a board game or watch a movie through Roku after a day at the beach.

There is a cozy den with fireplace just off the kitchen that opens onto an enclosed sunroom that looks out over the ocean and back toward Hunting Island.

Mom is currently down in South Carolina at her second home on Fripp Island (or first home depending on when you ask her) and was able to snag a ticket to meet Kristin Harmel at The Pat Conroy Literary Center (Conroy, now deceased, was a resident of Fripp Island for many years).
Mom had this to say about the event: “What a fabulous day hearing Kristin Harmel speak. She talked about her research process and writing process for her newest book written during Covid. Really a fabulous afternoon.” She also called Harmel “cute as a button” - but let us focus on her literary prowess MOM.

My name is Russell Lewis. My wife Molly and I are the owners, managers and boots on the ground for Island Life Getaway. Prior to becoming involved in property management, I was a police officer for 24 years.
Molly and I left our home in Michigan because as Molly put it, " We are not going to grow old in the cold". We discovered Fripp Island, fell in love and made it our home in July of 2018.We brought our hard working attitude, ethics, honesty and attention to detail, to serve our community. We started our property services by customizing care to owners who wanted to rent out their home on Fripp Island.
We have gained knowledge and experience that has helped us better serve our clients, protect their investment and greatly enhance the guest experience. We are always striving to continue our education and give our owners and guests the best vacation experience possible.

Island Girl Jules Meets Author Kristin Harmel
Today I’ve got a special guest to feature on my Bookstagram - my mom island_girl_jules.
Mom is currently down in South Carolina at her second home on Fripp Island (or first home depending on when you ask her) and was able to snag a ticket to meet Kristin Harmel at The Pat Conroy Literary Center (Conroy, now deceased, was a resident of Fripp Island for many years).
Mom had this to say about the event: “What a fabulous day hearing Kristin Harmel speak. She talked about her research process and writing process for her newest book written during Covid. Really a fabulous afternoon.” She also called Harmel “cute as a button” - but let us focus on her literary prowess MOM.
