Sie haben nämlich viele Einsatzmöglichkeiten : z.B. als kleines Dankeschön, Geschenkanhänger, Frühlingszweig oder auch an die Türklinke oder Schranktür zu hängen👍 - Und nicht zu vergessen als Muttertagsgeschenk- da komm ich grad ans überlegen ob wir die vielleicht im #popupstore an nem Kinderbastelnachmitrag mit den restlichen Trockenblumen machen sollen- was meint Ihr heinzclwithlove und schmu_ckstuecke ?🤔 natürlich dann besser mit Flüssig- statt Heisskleber🤭

Jedenfalls sind sie #easypeasy und schnell gemacht und damit quasi auch ein #mitmachmontagdiy 😁

Und gerade merk ich, dass ich zu viele Emojis verwende, wobei ich gestern im TV bei Dr.Nice gelernt hab, dass das völlig out ist und wohl nur alte Leute machen?🙈oder gilt das nur für Nachrichten? Ich hab die vor meiner Instazeit ja gar nicht verwendet und erst hier gelernt, dass sie doch eigentlich ganz praktisch sind um Emotionen mitzutransportieren...- wie handhabt Ihr das denn?🤔

9 tips for florist wannabes! SWIPE 👉🏻

1. Stop calling yourself a florist wannabe. If you start taking yourself seriously, others will too. (Dutchies: stop saying ‘bedrijfJE’, same reason)

2. Get a website! Instagram is a great (well.. is it though? 🥲) place to show your work & built a community but you don’t want to depend on social media and their algorithms. Invest in a professional website, find templates to use if you don’t know where to start. And start a mailing list. Even if you’re not ready to send anything. Collect those addresses 👏🏻

3. Show the work you want to attract. Want to do weddings? Do a styled shoot with a photographer that matches your style(!) and show what you can do. Want to sell bouquets or subscriptions? Show that! People want what they can see, so make sure you show things you enjoy making. A clear portfolio is more important than a full portfolio.

4. Network! Reach out to vendors, shops, editors, photographers, businesses, potential clients, fellow florists you want to work with. Get your name out there and make connections. Don’t forget to be friendly. Kindness makes the world go round.

5. And yes, I said fellow florists! Freelancing is a great way to learn about floristry. And trust me: there are loads of people out there that need help with events & holidays 💪🏻

6. Practice, practice, practice. Practice makes better, so create and then create some more!

7. Invest in your education. Learn about the business side, take classes from a florist you like, book a 1:1 session if you are ready to invest in yourself. You don’t have to re-invent the wheel, so stop struggling and start learning!

8. Don’t wait until someone else gives you permission to do this. Give yourself the green light and go for it! Maybe you can’t do flowers fulltime right away, maybe you start sweeping floors in a shop, maybe you take a thousand baby steps first. That’s okay. Even the smallest step takes you forward 👏🏻

9. I say this ALL the time, because it’s important. Especially in this online world. Never compare your beginning to someone else’s middle. Never! 💛
