Very nice house. This house was very clean. Kitchen has everything you will need and more. Having the lift came in very helpful as my wife is recovering from hip replacement. We enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay again.

Five stars! My family and I just returned from our annual beach trip to Fripp Island. This is the second time we have rented 17 Veranda Beach Road, and after seeing what the property owner did with the extensive renovations, we can't wait to return. It is elegantly appointed yet comfortable, and the kitchen has everything to prepare the perfect meal. It boasts gorgeous ocean views and is steps away from the Cabana Club pool. Molly and Rusty are excellent property managers; the house was in impeccable condition for our arrival.

We loved staying at 276 Tarpon! It was a beautiful home and plenty of room for all of us and the dogs. Also, the option to rent extra golf carts from the owner was a bonus!

We had a fabulous time again at 703 Silverside on Fripp. We've been coming for 3 springs now with our 3 grown children and their kids. It's been perfect for our group. It's just a minute's walk thru the dunes to the gorgeous beach!!! The screened in porch is delightful!!!

Beautiful home with loads of space. It was just 4 of us staying during a spring break trip and I feel like we didn't even get to use most of the rooms. The house has a great view of golf course and deer in the morning. The golf cart makes zipping around the island and getting to the beach so easy.

This property is quickly becoming one of our families favorite vacations. One of the big bonuses is that the owners have extensively stocked the kitchen with virtually everything you might need to enjoy your stay without having to bring anything but your essentials. We hope to continue visiting regularly in the future.

We loved our stay at 1 Ibis on beautiful Fripp Island. The house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated to create a beach time experience. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook meals from scratch if you are so inclined. The televisions were great, particularly the huge one in the living room. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. The lift was a great addition for luggage and groceries. We also used the golf cart, bicycles and sand toys that were available with this property.This location seemed quieter and less congested than others which we also loved.

Had the opportunity to spend a week on Fripp Island with the guys for our annual golf trip. What a wonderful few days it was. The house is fantastic!!! Right on the beach with beautiful early morning sun rises. Accommodations are first class all the way. Looking forward to doing it again next year.

Our family has been coming to Fripp for over 10 years, and this is the best house we have stayed in. The house is absolutely perfect. It has a great location with panoramic views of the beach and ocean from both decks. The rooms are all spacious, with elegant and comfortable furnishings. The house was immaculately clean, and very well maintained. The owners have thought of every detail and luxury, and communication was excellent from start to finish. We would highly recommend this house and we're looking forward to returning!

Of all the properties we’ve stayed in on Fripp, this is our favorite. Amazing ocean views from every room. Spacious, open design. Coffee bar is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owner pays attention to detail and goes above and beyond in ensuring the property has everything you need. Looking forward to a return trip here!

This was a great rental for our group to attend our Marine Corps reunion at MCAS Beaufort. It is a perfect location to get away from the noise and traffic for friends of over 40 years to relax and take in the peace and quiet in a beautiful beach setting. There was 22 people in our group... everyone had a bed, the patio is a great place for conversation and a early morning cup of coffee to watch the sunrise. The property management personnel were prompt and extremely helpful. The house is exactly as advertised.

We stayed at Birdies Bungalow for the month of February 2024. Everything was great. For us the view of the golf course and pond were terrific. The use of the golf cart (although it is pretty old) was great to have. The home itself was clean and cheerful...

This was a great house! The view was amazing!!! being able to sit on your porch and watch dolphins in the inlet is something you can't beat. The house was well stocked with everything you would need. The extra items like golf carts and bikes were well maintained and were so great to have. We hope to go back soon!

Your home is so nice and in a great spot! What a nice area the back deck is to hang out and watch gators and golfers. The fire pit is a nice touch too. We’d love to stay again!

Always love staying in the Tennis Villas. This condo is very comfortable, centrally located, and has an easy check in/check out process. Loved having access to a golf cart. Would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful time at the house! Very well decorated and clean. It was an easy and quick walk or bike ride to the beach. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice relaxing vacation. The homeowner was extremely nice and easy to deal with.

Happy Fripp Year! Frippinfun was a great getaway retreat for New Years after a busy holiday season. It was truly so so peaceful and quiet! The marsh view out back is wonderful, and on the chilliest of days, we were still able to love on that view (and wildlife) from inside because of the open floor plan. We were very blessed to have found such a special place.

What a great place to stay on Fripp! Our family spent time here over Christmas and could not have been happier. This was our first “winter” trip to Fripp and the house, in a quieter part of the island, allowed us to relax and reconnect with one another. We have rented many houses on the island over the years and this was one of the cleanest homes and had everything you need. Before arriving, we asked the owner if they a crock pot and what kind of coffee maker was available and they had new ones delivered. The golf cart was top notch with a very long lasting battery which is always a plus on Fripp. We would definitely rent here again. Thanks for sharing your home. Merry Frippmas!

This property is amazing! It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was set up with anything that you possibly could want for cooking family meals. The beds are very comfortable with wonderful linens and spreads. The rear screened porch with gas fireplace is lovely! We honestly can’t say enough about this house that has obviously been set up with great thought for families on vacation. It is five stars all the way!

We've visited Fripp at least once a year since 2015, always renting through the resort. This was the first time renting from an outside party and it our experience was top notch. The property itself was extremely clean, decorated for the season (which my kids enjoyed), and the golf cart that came with the property was very nice. We did have an issue with the hot water, but it was repaired in under 2 hours which was a pleasant surprise considering it was a New Years Eve. We will definitely return to that property and use FrippIslandStay for future trips to the Island.
