Pick your favorite decade and get ready to ride! This year's theme for the 2024 Fripp Island Golf Cart Parade is "Rockin' Retro: Cruising Through the Decades". Fun for spectators and even more fun to be in the show. The kids will love helping you decorate!
Bring out your bell bottoms, style your hair, and transform your golf cart as we celebrate the best of bygone eras! Whether you're into '50s rock-n-roll '60s peace and love, 70s disco, or '80s big hair and neon , there's a decade for everyone to enjoy.
A classic example of summer island fun, the 4th of July Golf Cart Parade is a must for anyone on island for Independence Day. You can line up along Ocean Creek, Bonito and Tarpon. The route begins on Ocean Creek, takes a right onto Bonito, followed by a left onto Tarpon. After passing the Beach Club, the parade ends on Rock Beauty.
Is your family eager to compete? Free to enter! Be sure to get registered and lined up by 8:30am if you would like your entry to be judged. Hint: you can pre-register by calling the Activity Center at 843-838-1516.
